It Partners With Economically Disadvantaged Communities Lacking Infrastructure And Funding By Providing Project Management And Organizational Development Consulting To Build Community Youth Sports Organizations To Sustain Youth Sports Programming. Secondly, It Educates Sports Leaders, Coaches, Parents And Administrators Through Its Train The Trainer Model.
